Activation problem on Windows
- Open File Explorer
- Locate My PC icon, right click on it and select Properties from the menu.
- In the System Properties window that will show up locate “Advanced System Settings”
- Click on it.
- In appeared window click “Environment variables”.
- Add new variable to the user section. Name = RLM_ACT_TIMEOUT, value = 60. Should look like on the screenshot
7. Restart Sketchlist and try activate software again. It may be necessary to re-issue license key trough the portal.
Activation problem on macOS
1. Please start by opening the Terminal application on your computer.
2. Once you have the Terminal open, copy and paste the following line into it:
export RLM_ACT_TIMEOUT=60 && open /Applications/SketchList\ 3D\ v5.1.app
3. After executing the command, the SketchList3D application will automatically open as a result of the command you have just run.
4. Please then try to reactivate your SketchList3D license within the application.
