Each SketchList purchase includes a one-year bug-fixing and implementation support, along with all the feature updates that come out in the calendar year. However, if you want to get all the new software features and personal assistance beyond the first year of licensing – you will have to purchase this maintenance package. This package only works with the SketchList 3D Pro and does not apply to the Hobby version. With this maintenance purchase, you can also download older and future builds of SketchList Pro through the portal.

The fee spent on this support package will ensure SketchList's longevity and provision of timely personal support, bug fixes, and updates. With that being said, the maintenance is optional – you can opt-out from receiving updates and support and use your purchased version of SketchList for years to come.
